Chelsea Aiken received her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Early Childhood Development from Georgetown University. Originally from Hudson, Ohio, she moved to Los Angeles in August of 2010. Ms. Aiken has over 7 years of experience working with youth from all over the world, from Washington, D.C. to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Prior to joining EduCare in October of 2013, Ms. Aiken worked for a negotiation consulting firm and two Los Angeles-based non-profits supporting children with autism and their families. She now coordinates EduCare’s Communications Department and plays an integral role in the Foundation’s marketing and fund development efforts.
Steven Amick is the Director of Policy and Partnerships for THINK Together. He has served youth for over 20 years in various direct service and administrative positions. He played an integral role implementing the work of the San Diego Afterschool Consortium, and has been active in the expanded learning policy field since 2005, having served on several state and national advisory committees. He lives in Irvine with his wife Jan, and son Oliver.

Diego Arancibia has worked in the field of After-School for over 15 years. His experience ranges from working with elementary, middle school and high school students at the various programmatic and administrative levels. His innovative methods in marketing and programming has produced some of the most successful programs in the nation. Also, he has traveled across the nation training youth program advocates in consensus building, action planning, programming. Currently, Diego is the Director with ASAPConnect and lives in the Bay Area with his beautiful wife and his amazing son and daughter.

He is a former trainer & professional writing contractor for the NM Department of Education, adjunct professor at Concordia University (teaching courses in afterschool programming), Accreditation Endorser for NAA, & President of both NMSACA & NMAEYC. He is the author of Best Practices: Guidelines for School-Age Programs published by Sparrow Media Group.
