Hi all. This is tonight’s dinner. Just gorge!!!

I’ve had it with bns chips, veg and a flat mushroom.

Here’s how the sauce was made :-

Ingredients:

1/2 a finely chopped onion

2 cloves of garlic crushed

300ml of boiling water (add less if you like it thicker)

Two chicken stock cubes or melts

1/2 tsp of crushed black peppercorns

1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

200ml of fat free fromage frais
Method:
Add the chicken stock cubes to boiling water to make your stock..
Then put this in to a sauce pan on a high heat with the onion and garlic. Bring to boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
Add the crushed pepper corns and worcestershire sauce and allow to simmer gently for around 20 minutes stirring often. The sauce should thicken but be careful to not allow it to burn.
Remove from the heat and add the fromage frais and stir well. Reduce heat to the very minimum to warm through and serve.

Hi all. I’ve posted about These before, today’s was amazing!
Basic recipe is :-

35g of porridge oats (HEB)

1 egg

2 tbs of quark of ff Greek yogurt

4 tbs sweetener or stevia

Cinnamon

Ginger

Today I added a grated carrot & 1 1/2 capfuls of salted caramel essence.

Mix all together and microwave for 4 minutes.

Served with quark cream and choc shot. 1/2 syn per tsp.

Morning all. This the recipe for my gorgeous carrot cake pancakes I had today. They are sooooooooooo good!

Mix together the following :-

35g porridge oats

A heaped tbs of fat free yogurt or quark

3 tbs of stevia/sweetener

A capful of almond essence

Tsp of cinnamon & ginger

1 grated carrot

Heat a frying pan with frylight & spoon in the mixture, then place under the grill or flip.

Drizzle with choc shot for 1/2 syn. 1 HEB x

Gooey salted caramel chocolate cake.

If you follow my page you’ll know I love to experiment. I’ve done ZOATS, carrot cake, ZOATY pancakes and loads more weird and wonderful creations. I’m really opened minded when it comes to food, if it tastes good and it’s healthy I love it!!

I’ve seen various cakes made with butternut squash and was really intrigued!! Bns is sweet, soft and moist, so I can see why it would work. It’s also a speed food!!! The courgette works amazingly in the porridge as does carrot, so I decided to give it a whirl!! Love love love it! So many recipes sound weird but taste amazing, see what you think!!
